it happen again

It's keeping appear in my brain again and again... I seem not to fall in love with her, but I am always feel happy when i talk with her. I seem not eager to hear from her, but when I hear someone talking about her, I feel happy. I really wonder myself if I start to fall in love with her. I really don't know her clearly or talk much with her, but I feel I like something about her, though I know nothing about her. Is thing going to be ok? Really, I am still afraid of the friendship I have with her will be vanished if I let her know that I started to like her...

Big thing is started

Well, I was so excited on Monday after heard the big plan we had. And as for today, I'm really happy that our plan is get started right away. I've never work on s.th this exciting before. Surely, I feel it's my luck. Promise myself to work hard for it. I'll give my best on this. Hope it is successful as we have planned.

last month of the year

Well, it's already last month of the year. Again, another year flies so fast. With this fast flying time, I've started to questioning myself - "Have I lived my life so well?" "Did I do things with my best?"

Something I miss?

Well, after I let my thought flying around, I've started to remember the feeling of falling in love. Though I don't know how have it started, but I'm sure i have fallen in love with her. I am happy just look at you. I'm happy just to see you smile. I am happy just to say hi to you. I am really really happy when I'm talking with you.

Well, those are the feeling I have missed from me for quite along time. Will I experience it again soon? I wonder. Love is s.th that happen unexpectedly.

*sighs* why I write something like this at this time? Don't ask me, I don't know the answer myself too.

Hopeless

Kinda got this feeling in these few days :( don't know what's wrong, I kind feel hopeless right now. *Sighs* Still have many things to catch up :(

Already end of the month?

Well, I just notice myself that it's already 30th Nov. This month, the time seems fly so fast. As I've looked back what are useful things I've done this month, I see nothing I've done. Feel bad about that. Now, gotta tell myself to give my best for the coming month, the last month of the year. Wish me luck.

Change office

2nd after after change office back to 2nd floor. Now feel a bit fresh than in office on 3rd floor. Well, now working with my old colleagues. Things are getting a bit more fun and fresh :-) Hope i can enjoy this environment for a long time :D

Davuth was crying

On a nice weekends, I've been to a supermarket. There, I saw a boy came out this supermarket with his friends. It seemed they plan to go somewhere after that. However, the boy has refused his friends, and went back to the supermarket. After I have a closed look on him, I realized it was Davuth. I was smiling at him and we went together to the 1st floor. While we walked on the ground floor, we see 2 girls and a boy walked pass us and go to a fast food restaurant on the ground floor. From my noticed, one of the girls and the boy are in relationship, though are still in high school. Well, I didn't pay much attention to them and we continue to the 1st floor, and wait for LRT to come. While we are waiting, davuth started to cry and say: "I have talked with her parents about my engagement with her a few times, but she refused, and now I know the reason why she refused me." Then he continue crying for quite sometimes. ...

Then I woke up :-( A weird dream. lolzz. Really wanna know what happens next. I rarely dream i have, lolzz

After all day putting my 100% energy on work, I feel so exhausted now :-( There's many things left for me to handle. *sighs*

I'm getting so busy this week :-( Trying to release a beta version of Iphone & Android application this Wed. only a few days left, but there's many backlogs needed to be completed. Going to spend extra time doing every evening. Hope I can still survive.

That’s because on Saturday morning, a group of software developers sent a helium balloon with a Styrofoam box into outer space from Kandal Province to take photos and video of the Earth above Cambodia.

Launching Preah Atith spaceship

Here's the launching of Preah Atith spaceship taken by my phone camera. The quality is not good, but it's what i have at the moment. I'll try to upload the quality one when I get the copy of it :D. Oh, well, some people might argue we shouldn't call it spaceship, but in my opinion, it's a spaceship :P

Building first Cambodian Spaceship

Yesterday, I've got chance to join the team building the first Cambodian Spaceship. This spaceship is made of a flying balloon, 2 camera, GPS transmitter, sonar reflector, a small para suite,...

The spaceship will go up to about 30km above the ground before the balloon explode & the box contain camera fall down to the earth. While the spaceship is going up & falling down, the camera inside will take picture automatically as it's been programmed. It's expected to be launched tomorrow (2nd Oct 2010) at Prey Veng Province & land in Kampong Speu Province, taking about 4hours to travel. However, this date is not yet confirmed yet as we have an issue to solve with the GPS device.

After a long sleep last night, I seems to get back to my normal. Stress and loneliness seems gone. Have to mood to continue my work & start reading book.

I'm lost :( Need to get back to the track

Somehow, last night I was so depressed. I don't know what's wrong with me. What make me so depressed like that. I feel lonely, hopeless.. :( All my will & courage to walk to my goal has been disappeared from my sight. I've spent more than half an hour standing quietly looking at the street, building, sky... It was tiring...

This morning, after I woke up, I seems to be back to my normal; however, will & courage are still missing. Now I start to get back my will & courage. Hope they're back to me soon, so I can get back to right track to get to my goal.

A rejected email from HR

Well, it was quite surprise for me when I'm reading an email from one of my teammate's friend. I've been trying to figure out which company wrote this email, but no result so far. will update the company name when I got it. Here is the the content of the email:

Effectively, we have decided to reject your application, it seems not to be a surprise for
you.
Actually, you didn’t convinced us on your qualities and abilities to work with us.

You should prepare more your future interviews, act more professionally, and be able to
give clear answers on your professional experiences. You were unable to explain what

To conclude, please check your spelling, you are not writing a phone message to a friend,
it is definitely unpleasant to read, not respectfull and one more time not professional.

I do my job well?

It's been a few months since I have taken roll as a leader for my team. Things have gone right & wrong. Life's getting changed from time to time. Well, after my team members have done their staff performance review, I've started to ask myself "Did I do my roll well?".

As I've noticed, most of my team members have progressed well. That's really make me happy. However, I can see that sometimes things have gone out of control & sometimes I feel that I didn't do my responsibility well. However, as far as the deadline concern, I've never miss out a single one. This really make me asking myself again & again: "Have I done my work well so far?"

start cooking.. life's getting busy

Well, I've started to cook my meals now. Life's getting so busy nowadays. Cook for breakfast, cook for lunch, cook for dinner :-| less & less time for internet & gaming now.

A new month start... A new life style begin

Well, August has walked in to replace July which was full of good memories. As of the new month come in, a new life style of mine is born too. I'm not sure if it's going to change for good, or it's another challenge for me. I'll try my best to face it. su su su...!!!

Waiting for DevCamp..

Well, DevCamp will be at Instedd office, just a floor above my office. Now I'm already in my office waiting for it to start at 2pm. Been doing not so much useful thing this morning :( After having my breakfast, I had my motor cleaned & then come straight to office. Then, it's reading news & chit chat time before I took 2 books to copy. Then just spent an hour reading a chapter of PoEAA book. Now, nothing to do, I should head for lunch, then back in the office again to finish this week Naruto & Bleach episodes :D

again... I'm tired :|

Well, it seems like a long day for me... Trying to do many different works in my team in the office.. then follow by demo in the late afternoon. Then in the evening, just been out to eat something with my colleague. After coming back, just sit in front of pc doing some chatting, FB-ing & Blogging. Feel exhausted now. Going to have my night with computer end here... see ya again tomorrow, my blog :D

I've been asking around for a shop which offer a cheaper price/page. Currently, I know shop charge 150 riel/page. I wonder if anyone know any shop that charge lower than this & also can make a color hard bound.

new chapter

First of all, I'd like to all of my friends who have wished me. The result of my performance appraisal is out & the result is exactly as I expected. Thanks so much for your wishes.

With the result of my performance comes the new chapter of my working life. Even it's harder than before, but I'm really happy with it. I'll try my best to do it well.

A new goal for the next six months has been set & I'm going to walk at the better speed than my previous one in order to get to the goal on time.

"Developer Camp" is coming again this week, Saturday, July 10, 2010. This week, we will bring a fairly new concept of programming call Agent-Oriented Programming (AOP). In the history of programming, you may have known about Structured Programming, Procedural Programming,.., and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). But, one that is said to be the next generation of all is AOP. In fact, AOP is said to be a living of OOP, so it was not entirely new, but it is more than crucial than that of OOP. Guys and Gals do not miss such a great chance. It is once a month. Don’t make it go. This time let’s bring your passion and ask questions as much as you can to make every clear. People coming from Yoolk, InSTEDD, Digital Divide Data, Moor,…are waiting to share.

performance appraisal - wish me best of luck

I was too busy yesterday to check my company mail in the afternoon, and it ends up that my boss send me a staff review form yesterday at 10am. I missed that & only find out just before lunch break today. Well, I was busy in giving training & finish off my work. Thus, I just complete my review form quickly & send it back to my boss.

Tomorrow will be the official day for all staff review. We will be asked to meet my bosses 1 to 2 (not 1 to 1 as there're 2 of my bosses). Hopefully, tomorrow is my lucky day :-)

Fourth day of being a Trainer & Team leader/Scrum master

Well, this is a fourth day of my new role (though I'm not promoted yet & dun know when?). I've been moved to new office (3rd floor) which is just one floor above my old office.

There're 3 teams & 2 of my bosses in the new office. I am responsible for Yoolk Mobile team (develop mobile application - Android & Iphone) and the other 2 teams in the same office as mine are Yoolk Feature team & Everyday team (team responsible for maintenance www.everyday.com.kh).

For this few days, I've been doing fine on my new roll, the only thing trouble me is I feel so tired after each training session. A week is almost gone... but the new journey has just been started... Good luck to myself!!!

Unproductive day

*Sigh* today it's a really unproductive day for me. Can't get a task done. Been trying to install all necessary servers to run wordpress. Now I'm stuck with URL rewrite in wordpress. I could do it before, but now, dun no what's wrong. It's always show 404. Hope i can get this done soon :(

Another usual saturday

Again, this Saturday, I just keep myself locked in office FB-ing, Gameing & reading about this & that. *Sigh* Actually wanna have breakfast with some of friends, but unfortunately a few of my friends are busy & one of my friends didn't even pick up my phone no matter how many times i call >.<

Lazy... stress.... busy...

Almost about 3 weeks I haven't make any post. well, guess I'm back now. Didn't post anything not cuz I have nothing to post but I was supper lazy to post + read blog. Also keep being busy at work => accumulate the stress.

Tired

All day long, I feel so tired. Since there's a training session today & I am a moderator for this session, I need to prepare a presentation slide & conduct the training.

Last night, I couldn't finish my slide cuz my eyes was hurt since I look at the screen too long. Have to continue the slide during my break :( no rest at all.

Planning to relax & watch Naruto tonight. Haven't watch it for quite some times. Going to download from ep. 137 till 146. that's 10 eps. :D

• Morning - Afternoon: arrange presentation slide for my training on Wednesday
• Evening: eat Soup with my friends @ Master Suki

• Morning: read book - Even Faster Websites. manage to finish half of the book :)

A week of silence

It's really quiet & depress this week.

The noise & laughing we had is rather hardly heard now. This week, two of my college ended their contracts and have to left the company. We did a farewell party for them on Monday. It's rather quiet & sad party.

Hopefully, the noise & fun in the office will be back soon, else I might crack my head cuz of stress.
