A rejected email from HR

Well, it was quite surprise for me when I'm reading an email from one of my teammate's friend. I've been trying to figure out which company wrote this email, but no result so far. will update the company name when I got it. Here is the the content of the email:

Dear xxxxxxxx,

Effectively, we have decided to reject your application, it seems not to be a surprise for
you.
Actually, you didn’t convinced us on your qualities and abilities to work with us.

You should prepare more your future interviews, act more professionally, and be able to
give clear answers on your professional experiences. You were unable to explain what
you did in the past and so we waste our time.

To conclude, please check your spelling, you are not writing a phone message to a friend,
it is definitely unpleasant to read, not respectfull and one more time not professional.
Otherwise, give a subject to your message, it’s a minimum.

Regards,

There is not more to expect from IT company... They have done they best, though. We shouldn't say that they are unprofessional (even if they really are) we should at least try to encourage them so next time they can perform better. ;) wink wink

@Borey: I still believe that this email, it just comes up to make fun. If it's real. Hopefully, you will work hard to find out which company is.

As crude and undiplomatic as it is, I can still appreciate the honest feedback rather than no response at all. At least, you know what you can improve on.
