Should I pay for online certificate?

Tonight, I just check out some website which offer JavaScript certificate. I found 2 websites, Brainbench.com and ncsacademy.com. I have passed JavaScript test on both site. Now I wonder should I pay for the certificate?

The NCSA exams seem to be quite good, don't know about Brainbench.
