Debit Card
Now, i'm in need to a debit card (either MasterCard or Visa). Just hit Google and i see a few results of bank which provide this type of service. However, i cannot find all the detail about the service fee from each banks yet.

SBC of course... that's what m using...
Advantage:
- No charge when use debit card to shop or purchase online
- minimum bank deposit 30USD for non student & 10USD for student (not sure promotion is still on or not)
- free annual fee for three years (again it's from promotion)
- 5USD charge to withdraw from other ATM
- 1USD charge to check balance from other ATM
- I don have any problem after using it till now

so why don't you try to list Canadia into your comparison list?
I think the bank is quite good. I meant I've got a Visa Card from Germany and I used it in Cambodia. Only Canadia Bank that doesn't charge the card fees. other banks like ACLEDA, ANZ or FBT charge $2 a time. I don't know the other details that the bank can offer but you can try search for the details.
