Well, tomorrow, 2 of Cambodian students from my university (Nady & Sothearith) will participate in 2 separate competitions - business plan competition and business idea competition. They group with Malaysian students (3 in a group), and represent my university to compete with another universities at Cyber Jaya (national level competition).

Wish them be successful in their competition this monday!

Take wrong medicine, go to hospital at night

Just this morning, when i went to the class, one of my junior tell me: "do you know that Raingsey is in hospital?" I was surprise with that question then i asked him "why he's in hospital? I saw him yesterday afternoon." He told me that Raingsey took the wrong medicine and he is sent to the hospital at 1 AM. He supposed to take another medicine which was placed next to each other. Well, I feel sorry for him. This will give the lesson not only him, but others to be careful when taking medicine.

Valentine's day

14th Feb, it's valentine's day. Oh well, today nothing really special to me. As normal, i have started my class at 9am and my last class at 7pm. It's a tiring day. I spent times in class, researching on FYP and doing Artificial Intelligence exercise. After the class, i have dinner straight away. Just then, i realize that it's valentine's day. I just rush to kopetro (mini market) to buy some chocolate for some of my friends. And well, i have received a chocolate biscuit bar from my buddy, Seila, and a sweet from my junior, Puthy (MJJ). Then I, Seila and two of my junior, we just spend time talking about this and that till almost 12am.

Chinese New Year Trip

Well, during this Chinese New Year, I and other Cambodian friends had a trip to Pangkor Island for 2days and 1 night.

During the first, we left University at 7:45am and catch a bus at 8:30am. we arrived Lumut around 10am. Then we started to buy ticket and have break fast. Guess what? as previous time, we all sit in front KFC waiting for it to open at 10:30am. Ha ha.. it looked so funny. After having breakfast, we catch fury around 11:30am. But there were many people waiting there. we spent around 1 hours waiting there. Finally we arrived the island around 1:30pm. After settle in at the house we rent, we went to the beach and spent a whole afternoon there. We just playing football and swimming. At night, we had BBQ together and after that we played card together (but some had a few drink). It was so fun.

On the 2nd day, in the morning, some of us take a car to go around the island and some stay at home. Since i went here twice already, i didn't join them. The rest who are staying at home, some playing card, and some had a photo session together. Well, all those photo look like a bunch of crazy people.

Chinese New Year Plan

After having meeting among CSAM members, we have agreed to visit Pangkor Island during this Chinese new year. the programme will be 2 days and 1 nights. I have been there a few times already, but i've never stayed overnight before. Also, this time, there will be more people than previous times i have been there. I'm really looking forward this trip.

Final Year Student

After a long internship has finished, now i have continued my study again. This year, i'm a final year student. Well, as i see, most of students are busy and some of them even stress (including me also). During the first week of this semester, most of the students need to settle their final report on their internship. Also most of the classes are clashing each other. On seconds week & third week, we need to settle on the Final Year Project topic and supervisor. Well.... it's hard for me to decide on the topic and supervisor. After quite sometimes of stressing, i just settle everything today. I have submitted my proposal to the FYP committee and now i'm waiting for the result which will be out next week.

X'mas holiday

I have spent my x'mas holiday at KL. It was a fun holiday. On 22rd, i went to UTP and i left for KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) on 23th at 2am with my senior, Pisal. well, i have spent a few hours sleeping in the university bus. on 23th morning around 8am, my friends, seila, phoan (boy+girl), arrived KLIA and we sent off our senior, Pisal, as he has graduated and had to go back to Cambodia.

After leaving KLIA, we continue to travel around KL. we spent almost whole day at shopping center (Ikano & Ikea). In the afternoon, around 4pm, we went to sunway lagoon to have our diner. It was a nice diner. we had to pay RM18 (around USD5.5 ) each and we can eat as much as we want. well, i didn't eat much as you know i can't ;).

On 24th, it was a work day, so i am alone going out, since everyone need to go to work (of course i am on leave :P). i just sleep till 11am. at 12pm i went to KLCC and wait for my friends to have lunch together at 1pm. after lunch, i went to Lowyat and buy MP4 player. Then i continue shopping at Sungei wang. I just moved around and looked for some clothes (at the end i have bought only one t-shirt). Around 6pm i went back to meet my friends at KLCC and we went back straight home as 2 of my friends didn't feel well. At night we just had fun by playing cards (fell pity to one of my friends, got cheated all the times haha..). we played till count down then we went to bed at 1am.

On 25th, it was x'mas day, but eveyone sleep till 10am. We leave for our lunch at 11:30am. After lunch, we just spent sometimes at souvenir shop. I have bought 2 presents for 2 of my friends (had to said sorry to another guy, no for him. For girl only, lol). After that we went to China town . But seem no one bought anything. we continued to bus station around 3pm; and i took the bus back to Ipoh at 3:30pm.

Well, it was tiring but lots of fun. (it's not boring, isn't it? :P )

2nd visit is postpone

My adviser from UTP called me and told me that she can't come on 7th Dec for 2nd visit (to evaluate my internship training). After i ask my SV for a suitable date for the visit, he told me he will be free on 17th Dec. As a result, i don't have any presentation this week & next week.

Feel so happy about that :D since i am not ready for presentation yet ;)

Boring weekends?

Yesterday, i just spent my half of my day shopping at Jusco. around 10:30 am, i went to Tesco to withdraw some money (since my nearest bank's ATM is there). After withdrawing money, i walked to Jusco. I spent around 30 mins at the clothes shop.. well, seem not interested in clothes. around 11:30 i have my lunch at the food court in Jusco. Afte lunch, i went to Capcom station & watch others dancing & playing game (well, i don't play myself :D ). Then i looked for some magazine at MPH. No new edition for December yet. so i just spend sometimes there reading some magazine there (free reading. nice, isn't it?). After leaving MPH, i walked into a clothes shop, just opened recently.

Wow.... every shops got discount since it's YES (Year End Sale, 1st - 31st Dec). After spending some hours there, i end up buying nothing. (it's called window shopping, isn't it ;P). Just before i came back, i bought some snack & fruit. Well, i arrive home around 3 pm.

Free Dinner

After a full day of working, i got a free dinner from my boss. I and other employees here had a dinner at 1919 restaurant. The place was nice and also the food. I ate a lot... :D Yeah.. my first time at 1919. A nice memory about food in Malaysia ;)
